Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. By registering for the Cambodia ASEAN Business Summit ("the Event"), you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the organizers.
  2. 2. Registration for the Event is subject to availability and confirmation by the organizers. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation.
  3. 3. All personal data provided in the registration form will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of facilitating your participation in the Event. By submitting your information, you consent to the storage and processing of your data by the organizers.
  4. 4. Payment for participation in the Event must be made in full and received by the organizers by the specified deadline to secure your registration. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of your registration.
  5. 5. Refunds for registration fees will only be provided if a written cancellation request is received by the organizers before the specified refund deadline. No refunds will be issued after this date.
  6. 6. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, schedule, venue, or any other aspect deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner.
  7. 7. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation, accommodation, and any other related expenses incurred in connection with their participation in the Event.
  8. 8. The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Event, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or force majeure events.
  9. 9. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cambodia.
  10. 10. These terms and conditions are effective until April 2, 2024, the date of the Event, and may be subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
